i think he didn't have the legal right to plead the fifth amendment because he has been pardoned, so there should be some form of legal implications...
As of now, the Senate committee has voted to hold Fauci in contempt and referred the matter to the Justice Department. The DOJ is reviewing the referral. Left for me i would prefer to see him imprisoned.
